POWER BOXING

This 30 minute class will comprise of ten two minute rounds, with one minute active rests in between each round.  Along with a short warm up, followed by an ab work out and a lot of punching.  If you are looking to supplement your work out with some extra punching or just get in a quick workout before work, at lunch, or in the evening, this class is for you.





BOXING

Start with jump rope and shadow boxing, then after a dynamic warm-up it's time to hit the bags to drill basic combo's and conditioning.  In between rounds on the bag you will partner up for mitt and defense drills.  The class finishes with core work and stretching.  If you are looking to learn how to box and get in great shape, this class is for you.





KICKBOXING

Start with jump rope and shadow boxing, then after a dynamic warm-up it's time to hit the bags to drill basic combo's and conditioning.  In between rounds on the bags you will partner up with pads and shields to work foot work and conditioning.  The class finishes up with core work and stretching.  If you are looking to learn how to kick box and get in great shape, this class is for you.





TAI CHI CHUAN

Start with joint mobilization and Tai Chi conditioning exercises, then move into the Qigong and Tai Chi power workout, followed by partner drills, application, and push hands instruction. Class ends with movement and breath work. The class is for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental attributes, and develop power, sensitivity, and adaptability.





KICKBOXING CIRCUIT

Start with jump rope and foot work drills, then after a dynamic warm-up it's time to hit the bags to drill basic combo's and conditioning.  In between rounds on the bags it's time for circuit training.  Using body weight and medicine balls you will perform metabolic conditioning for a whole body work out.  The class finishes with core work and stretching.  This class is designed to sharpen your kickboxing fundamentals and get you in killer shape.
